By accessing or using AdCopy Prompt Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a free tool that generates custom AI prompts for writing advertising copy. You answer a questionnaire, and we generate a prompt document (.docx) based on your responses. The prompt is delivered via download and email.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

4. User Data

• We collect only your email address and your questionnaire responses.
• Your data is used solely to generate your prompt and deliver it to you.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The prompt you generate is yours to use however you wish. The underlying prompt template, questionnaire structure, and Service design remain the intellectual property of AdCopy Prompt Generator.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the prompt template itself (as opposed to the output it generates).

6. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that prompts generated by the Service will produce specific advertising results, conversion rates, or revenue.
• The output of any AI tool using our prompts depends on that tool's capabilities and is outside our control.
• You are responsible for ensuring your ad copy complies with all applicable advertising laws, platform policies (including Meta's Advertising Standards), and industry regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdCopy Prompt Generator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or advertising losses.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Automate access to the Service (scraping, bots, etc.) without written permission.
• Use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, or violates advertising regulations.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
