When you use AdCopy Prompt Generator, we collect:

• Email address — provided by you at the end of the questionnaire, used to deliver your prompt.
• Questionnaire responses — your answers about your business, market, and offer. Used solely to generate your custom prompt.
• Session data — a session identifier stored in a cookie so we can save your progress as you fill out the questionnaire.
• Basic analytics data — IP address, browser type, and page views, collected via Meta Pixel (when configured) for advertising analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your custom AI prompt.
• To email you a copy of your prompt.
• To improve the Service.
• To potentially contact you about a future paid product (see Section 5).

We do not use your questionnaire responses for any purpose other than generating your prompt.

3. Data Storage

• Your data is stored in a database on our servers.
• Generated .docx files are stored on the server filesystem.
• We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, including CSRF protection, session-based access controls, and input validation.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, with the following exceptions:

• Meta (Facebook) — if Meta Pixel is enabled, basic analytics events (page views, questionnaire start, lead completion) are sent to Meta. Email addresses are SHA-256 hashed before transmission via the Conversions API.
• Email delivery — your email address is used by our mail server to deliver your prompt. We do not add you to any mailing list.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Email Communications

We will email you to deliver your prompt. We may send you a small number of emails in the future if we launch a related product. We will never spam you or share your email with third-party marketers. You can request removal at any time.

6. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Session cookie — required for the questionnaire to function (saves your progress).
• XSRF-TOKEN — required for security (prevents cross-site request forgery).
• _fbp / _fbc — set by Meta Pixel (when configured) for advertising attribution.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for future communications.

8. Data Retention

We retain your questionnaire responses and email address for as long as needed to provide the Service and for potential future communications. You may request deletion at any time.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
